Restaurant Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business related course

• 2-3 years supervisory experience is required• Preferably specialized in food/beverage or restaurant service

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Directs other employees on their daily tasks and routines

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

• Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.

• Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.

• Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.

Kitchen Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate or any vocational course graduate

• Can work for long hours

• At least 6 months working experience is preferred but not required

• Enthusiastic and a good team player• Available to start as soon as possible

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• They perform all the tasks in the kitchen other than cooking and serving

• They are the ones responsible for the hygiene of the kitchen and they have to clean so the kitchen remains clean before the surprise inspections• They prep the kitchen before the chefs arrive to cook

• They have to remove the required ingredients from the pantry and have to clean and cut the vegetables in advance• They have to assist the chefs if they require help

• They have to fill up the positions of the absent staff and complete their duties• They have to report to the kitchen manager or the head chef

• They have to train any new members of the kitchen staff regarding the work culture of the kitchen• They have to clean all the equipment that is used in the kitchen

• They should not divulge any information about the kitchen to any outsiders

Dining Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma/GED required.

• 1+ years’ working experience preferred.

• Must be able to work on your feet all day.

• Must have legible handwriting.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills required.

• Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform a plus.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Take customers’ food and drink orders.

• Take customers’ food and drink orders.

• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner.

• Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials.

• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience.

• Confirm orders with the whenever a clarification is requested.

• Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties.

Cashier

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate

• Mathematical skills and the ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately

• Previous experience in a retail store or as a cashier

• Positive, helpful attitude toward customers, including the ability to speak clearly and convey information accurately

• Ability to process coupons, refunds, gift cards and checks

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and twisting and standing for long periods of time

• Knowledge of register operation, including cash, credit cards and register receipts

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change

• Operate registers, scanners, scales and credit card/debit card terminals

• Memorize product locations throughout the store and be able to direct customers or make suggestions

• Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner

• Collect payments and bag purchases for customers

• Maintain accurate cash drawer

• Take a tally of the funds in the cash register when required during a shift and produce transaction reports

• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly
